Insulin merupakan bahan badan yang dicipta untuk menyelaraskan sistem darah kita. Tanpanya, kandungan gula meningkat dan mengakibatkan pelbagai penyakit bermula dengan kebas-kebas, kaki menjadi lebam dan seterusnya luka yang terjadi lambat sembuh. Jika tidak dikawal dari awal kaki akan dikorbankan.

Surau's Friend

Yesterday, my friend invited me to Surau for breakfast. We had fried rice with fried eggs and sambal. There were five of us. Later after zohor, the other jemaah had their lunch.

Taxi's Friend

My friend called me at 8.00 am to join him for breakfast. He mentioned that another friend will be joining us but due to miscommunication the other friend was already waiting for him somewhere-else. Due to the distance and miscommunication only two of us had "roti telor" at one stall-cum-house.

Friends

Yesterday my friends invited me for lunch. We went to a well-built stall, with 6 ceiling fans, and nice surrounding. The stall owned by another friend working in the KL is run by his wife and son. We had a good lunch. We had catfish and Malay salads (ulam).

Later in the afternoon, three of us went to another eating outlet nearby and we had delicious meat soup.
